Position
Summary:
As a growing company, we are always looking for new team members to help us continue in our success. Orgill, Inc. is currently seeking a Sales Representative- commission based to represent Orgill, Inc. to prospective and existing retail customers in a well established territory in Western Montana. Working from home, this employee will analyze customer needs and offer products, programs, solutions, and services to retail hardware stores, lumber yards, and farm & ranch supply dealers. This is not an entry level sales position, nor is it one for someone who does not have experience in our industry Position
Summary:
Responsibilities:
oIncrease market share with existing customers by consulting with store owners and managers on how Orgill can help their businesses be more successful and effectively compete in their individual markets.
oIdentify, qualify and develop prospective customers by establishing rapport, identifying unique needs and addressing them with Orgill solutions. Prepare and present professional sales proposals.
oWith a high degree of accountability, develop and implement weekly action plans to maximize sales with effective scheduled sales calls and travel itineraries.
Requirements:
oMust have in-depth and up to date knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the hardlines industry.
oMust have two or more years of experience in the wholesale or retail hardware, lumber, building materials and/or farm supply trade.
oMust be willing to be compensated on a commission basis following a salaried period of up to two years.
oMust be proficient with use of email, internet, and Microsoft Office computer applications.
oMust have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
oMust be willing to work from your home, traveling by auto an assigned geographic territory.
oMust be willing to be responsible for your own travel and office expenses including an auto and auto insurance.
oPrefer candidate with Associate or Bachelor degree

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
