Description: Performs individual psychotherapy with children, adolescents, and adults. Provides family, marital and group therapy when necessary or assigned. The therapist facilitates the positive growth and adjustment of youth and families by offering outpatient therapy services. Services are based upon development and review of treatment plans for each client.
Duties: Therapy services
-Provide individual, family and group therapy for clients on active caseload. Each full time therapist will be expected to provide an average of not less than 23 hours of billable direct service per week. Part-time therapist goals will be reduced in proportion to the hours that they work per week.
-Complete intake, assessment, treatment planning, case review and termination procedures for designated clients.
-Maintain and update clinical records in a timely and comprehensive manner and in accordance with agency policies and procedures and Medicaid rules
-Participate in intra-agency case consultations.
-Refer, consult on, and advocate for all clients on active caseload with other community agencies.
-Maintain up-to-date knowledge about community services available for clientele.
-Complete continuing education as required by licensing agency or Youth Homes.
-Work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends in order to accommodate client schedules.
-Attend supervisory meetings with supervisor.
-Perform clinical related work as assigned.
Program Development
-Develop and maintain effective relationships with representatives of the community and relevant community resources (e.g. schools, court, and treatment facilities, etc.) in order to facilitate and enhance services.
-Participate, on request, in community education presentations or program development and enhancement activities.
-Complete data collection and entry for each client.
-Participate in the hiring and clinical orientation of staff.
-Actively create and maintain close working relationships with referring sources.
-Represent Youth Homes with professionalism in public relations areas.
-Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Program Director.
Qualifications: -Master's degree in social work, psychology or related field which includes specific training in individual and family therapy.
-Possess and maintain a valid Montana Professional license, LCPC or LCSW.
-Possess and maintain a valid Montana Licensed Addiction Counselor License.
-At least two years of successful experience providing therapy services to children and families.
-Demonstrated ability to utilize various intervention strategies including systems, short-term and time limited therapies.
-Knowledge of crisis intervention, communication, parenting skills, child development, cognitive behavioral interventions, and conflict resolution.
-Possess a valid Driver-s License and have access to an insured vehicle.
-Demonstrated understanding and ability to work with a variety of lifestyles, behaviors, cultural and spiritual practices.
-Commitment to the mission of the agency.
-Effective verbal and written communication.
-Ability to exercise discretion and maintain client and employee confidentiality.
-Ability to work within the framework of a therapeutic team.
-Valid Professional Liability Insurance.
-Ability to remain flexible with work hours,
-Maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients, families, co-workers and community resources.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
