Process weekly and monthly invoicing.
Re-enter invoice information into customer's Ariba or Oracle systems based on customer requirements.
Set up customer invoicing based on individual contracts
Follow-up on customer payments if necessary
Requirements:
AR and Accounting experience
Mathematical aptitude
Detail oriented
Ability to work multiple projects with interruptions
Proficient in Word and Excel
Experience with web based systems
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and co-workers
Eligible for insurance benefits after 90 days and 401k after 12 months.
