Providence is calling an Administrative Assistant III to St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula, MT.
We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who enjoys customer interactions and multi-tasking to provide project coordination and support for the Management Services Team and Clinical Informatics Manager.
In this position you will:
Plan and organize daily activities while providing general clerical support.
Work with WMR Management Services to strategically promote Care Link.
Gather data and information for the Management Services Team
Identify and follow appropriate chain of review process for all communications
Required qualifications for this position include:
High School diploma or equivalent
Three to five years experience as a secretary or other related experience.
Experience using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
College education or degree
Experience with lean, process mapping and meeting facilitation.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
