Our Opportunity
Our Drivers enjoy working with people and like to travel. You must have excellent customer service skills, a clean driving record and hold a current Class A or B CDL.
Drivers will work a schedule that may vary significantly from week to week. We treat all guests, customers, supervisors, managers, co-workers, and all other persons in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.
Key
Responsibilities:
Drivers will operate a motor coach safely and efficiently.
Follows specific regularly scheduled routes, charter routes or responds to requests from dispatch for unscheduled pick-ups/drop-offs.
Assists passengers in boarding and exiting vehicle, loading, unloading and moving luggage, packages and other items as needed.
Transmits and receives information over two-way radio system and mobile data terminals.
Counts money and makes correct change for passenger fares.
Inspects exterior and interior of vehicle at beginning of each shift for properly operating equipment.
Required to meet all dress code standards as set forth by the company.
If selected, you will be required to successfully complete classroom training, on-road training and skills tests.
Key Requirements:
Licensing Requirements:
Have a Class A or Class B CDL with passenger and without an air brake restriction.
Must have at least 18 months of professional CMV driving experience.
License must be valid in the state which the applicant resides.
Physical/ Medical:
Be able to safely and properly handle/lift luggage and package express at weights of a minimum of 50 lbs and up to 100 lbs.
Must successfully pass a DOT physical.
Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen.
Driving Record:
No DUI alcohol or drug related violations in the past 5 years.
No reckless or careless driving, using false or fictitious registration plates or license, vehicular homicide, hit and run, or use of vehicle to commit any crime convictions in the past 5 years.
No revocation, suspension or denial of license in the past 3 years.
No more than 2 moving violations and 1 accident in the past 3 years.
No more than 1 moving violation and/or accidents in the past 12 months.
