Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits SUMMARY A Level II Trauma Center and Magnet hospital in Missoula, MT is searching for a permanent full-time Registered Nurse for their Intensive Care Unit This is a fast-paced unit made up of caring individuals who put the patient's safety and concerns before themselves. This is very much a team-like atmosphere and it's an excellent opportunity to provide quality care to patients in an environment that fosters transparency, respect and partnership! RESPONSIBILITIES Provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to patients Administer medication as instructed by physicians Document observations, assessments, and changes in patient's condition Collaborate with team members to facilitate positive patient care outcomes Provide a full range of nursing care to patients with a variety of physical and/or behavioral problems REQUIREMENTS 1
year of ICU nursing experience Nursing degree/diploma required. Must be willing to obtain a BSN within 3years of hire A RN with 20 years of RN experience will be exempt from the BSN requirement Current Washington Registered Nurse (RN) license (or ability to obtain) Current Basic Life Support (BLS) at time of hire. ACLS within 6 months of hire PALS within 6 months of hire Pay Scale:
