Part-Time Bookkeeper
Are you a detailed Bookkeeper with experience in QuickBooks?
We are looking for a Part-Time Bookkeeper for a local engineering firm to assist while they implement a new software. This position is for 4-6 months until they have fully integrated their new system.

Location:

  • Missoula, MT (In person position)

Wage:

  • $20.13 to $23 per hour

Schedule:

  • This is a part-time position at 20 hours per week
  • Operations hours are Monday through Friday 8:
    00 a.m. to 5:
    00 p.m. but the schedule is flexible.

Responsibilities:
  • Making Bank Deposits
  • Accounts Receivable/Payable
  • Filing and monitoring vendor invoices
  • Assisting with Payroll
Requirements:
  • Associates in Business Administration or a relevant field or at least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced office environment
  • Strong QuickBooks Pro Desktop/ Online knowledge
  • Ability to clean up old QuickBooks records
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great phone presence
  • Ability to type 40 wpm
  • Experience in Office 365 including One Note, SharePoint, Word Excel, and Teams
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds.
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
