Under general supervision, the RN Patient Care Coordinator works as a member of a staff that performs all aspects of clinical patient care services in the clinic.
The RN Patient Care Coordinator provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
In collaboration with the physician, patient, the patient's family and other members of the health care team, the RN Patient Care Coordinator assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and coordinates treatment plans.

Required Qualifications Associate's Degree - Graduation from an approved school of nursing.
Montana Registered Nurse License upon hire.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Chemo certification upon hire.
Medical/surgical experience.
Experience in Oncology setting.
